Community and friendship are a priority in this group. Not only do I encourage a good ol' chat at the beginning and end of each session, we also have several events per year to catch up socially.
Sessions are suitable for both beginners and regular exercisers alike. It is also suitable for mature age and women with injuries as each exercise can be modified to suit. It doesn't matter if you can't run or perform impact exercises.
I completely cater for you and encourage you to participate for your own health. I also offer progressions for more advanced ladies.
As a qualified Z-Health practitioner, I also use neuroscience to improve your performance, increase your mobility and prevent injuries.
In summer we utilise the beautiful parklands at Ainslie Park and in Winter we move inside to the warmth of the onsite Hall.
